低价氧化铝真空歧解法炼铝的研究

【摘要】 铝热还原氧化铝,理论上可生成AlO与Al2O两种低价氧化铝,但热力学计算得到:在10~100Pa的体系压力下,生成AlO与A12O的初始温度为2600~2800K、1670~1820K。实验证明金属铝与氧化铝在10~20Pa时,1693~1723K发生了反应,生成的低价氧化铝为Al2O,低价氧化铝Al2O在低于1820K的条件下歧解得到金属铝。实验还重点考察了反应温度、反应时间以及真空度对试验的影响。结果表明,在1713K时,体系压力为20Pa,保温90min时,效果最好且铝的纯度达到100%。通过实验验证了热力学理论研究的正确性,本研究将为我们探索节能减排的炼铝新技术提供一定的热力学理论依据。
【Abstract】 Aluminum suboxide AlO and Al2O can be formed in reaction of aluminum with alumina in theory, but the initial temperatures of those are at 2600~2800K and 1670~1820K under 10~20Pa.The experiments have demonstrated Al2O was formed in reaction of Al with alumina at 1693~1723K under 10~20Pa,Al2O disproportion into Al and alumina under 1820K.Experiments about the influence factors such as reaction time, reaction temperature and system pressure of the production process for aluminum are mainly investigated.The results indicate that it is beneficial to increase the production of aluminum under 20Pa,1713K and the reaction time at 90min,and the purity of Al achieved 100%.the reaction temperature and are well consistent with the thermodynamic analysis.This study will provide a theoretical basis and guidance for us to search new technology of energy-saving and emission-decreasing on the aluminum production.
