真空法由磷矿石一步制备红磷
Experimental Research on Preparation of Red Phosphorus with Phosphorus Ores in Vacuum

【摘要】 本文对真空下由磷矿石一步制备红磷进行实验研究。通过探索反应温度、还原剂配比、粒度和反应时间对实验的影响,得出了制备红磷的较优条件:反应温度为1150℃,还原剂焦炭过量2倍,粒度为500目,反应时间为40分钟,磷矿石中五氧化二磷的还原率达到97.1%。
【Abstract】 The experiment that red phosphorus prepared directly by phosphorus ores in vacuum was researched. The influence on the experiment results of temperature,reducing agent matching,granularity and reaction time were studied.The better experimental parameters:the percent of reduction reach to 97.1%when the temperature is at 1450℃,the quantity of coke is 3 times as the theoretical quantity,the reaction time is 40 minutes the granularity is 500 mesh.
