Ti60钛合金与电弧离子镀Ti-48Al-12Cr涂层之间扩散行为
The Interdiffusion Behavior Between Ti60 Titanium Alloy and Arc-ion Plating Ti-48Al-12Cr Coating

【摘要】 本文研究了Ti60钛合金与在其表面利用电弧离子镀制备的Ti-48Al-12Cr(原子数分数,%)涂层在800℃、850℃及900℃三种温度下的真空扩散行为。实验发现Ti60钛合金基体与Ti-48Al-12Cr涂层之间发生了明显的扩散,扩散层厚度与时间和温度两个因素相关,其中与温度的关系最为密切。扩散层的生长是受扩散控制的,在三种温度下都大致遵循着抛物线规律。
【Abstract】 The interdiffusion behavior between Ti60 titanium alloy and its protective arc-ion plating(AIP) Ti-48Al-12Cr(atomic fraction,%)) coating at 800℃,850℃and 900℃in vacuum were studied.The results showed that apparently interdiffusion occurred between Ti60 and Ti-48Al-12Cr coating.The thicknesses of diffusion layers are correlated with time and temperature,especially with temperature.The growth of interdiffusion layer is diffusion controlled and follows parabolic rule at three temperatures.
