【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺治疗多发性硬化(MS)的疗效及对MS病人肌电图变化的影响。方法:应用针刺百会与华佗夹脊穴为主的方法,治疗MS病人38例,观察治疗前后病人神经功能体征、肌电图等的变化。结果:针刺可以使胫神经、腓总神经的远端运动潜伏期缩短、运动传导速度增快、运动传导波幅增高;并能提高正中神经、尺神经的感觉传导速度,使正中神经、尺神经、胫神经及腓总神经的感觉动作电位波幅增高。结论:针刺病人百会与华佗夹脊穴,可以明显改善病人的神经功能状态,促进周围神经修复,针刺治疗MS有良好的临床研究价值与应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect and the impact of changes in electromyography(EMG) with acupuncture treating multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods: We treated 38 cases of MS patients by using acupuncture at Baihui(DU14)and Huatuo Jiaji point.And then we observed changes in the neurologic signs and EMG of MS patients before and after treatment.Results:Acupuncture can shorten distal motor latency,increase motor conduction velocity and heighten motor conduction amplitude of the tibial nerve and peroneal nerve.And it also can improve sensory conductive velocity of the median nerve and ulnar nerve to heighten sensory action potential amplitude of the median nerve,ulnar nerve,tibial nerve and peroneal nerve. Conclusion:Patients with acupuncture at Baihui and Huatuo Jiaji can improve the patient’s neurological status significantly,and promot repairation of peripheral nerve.Acupuncture treating MS have a good research value and application prospects in clinic.更多还原
