【摘要】 以"acupuncture"为主题词及自由词在Pubmed数据库对《新英格兰医学杂志》《美国医学会杂志》《柳叶刀》和《英国医学杂志》进行检索。检索范围从创刊到2009年7月,纳入所有可以获得全文的针灸临床随机对照试验,对试验设计和试验质量等信息进行提取和分析。结果表明四大医学杂志上的大部分文章具有以随机对照试验为主、设计合理、质量高以及样本量大等特点。我国针灸研究人员要在这些杂志上发表文章,需要运用合理的临床设计结合针灸特色来设计试验以及按照CONSORT声明和STRICTA推荐的要求报道试验。此外,获得国际针灸研究团队的帮助也很重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through reviewing randomised controlled trials of acupuncture which was published in the top four journals,we expected to give domestic clinical researchers some hints about how to publish clinical trials in them.Methods:Using"acupuncture"as a keyword and free word,we searched New England Journal of Medicine,Journal of American Medical Association,Lancet,and British Medical Journal in Pubmed from inception to July 2009.We planned to include all randomised controlled trials,which full texts are available.And we extracted information about trial design,quality, etc.Results:Most of the trials published in these four journals were randomised controlled trials,which were well designed,high quality,large sample size,etc.Therefore,if we want to publish our results in these trials,we should use appropriate trial design and incorporate it into acupuncture,and the results should be reported according to CONSORT statement and STRICTA recommendations.Moreover, assistance from foreign experts is also important.更多还原
