【摘要】 目的:通过与常规针法的比较,观察巨刺导引复合针法促进中风偏瘫运动功能康复的临床疗效。方法:将132例符合纳入标准的中风偏瘫患者随机分入治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用巨刺导引复合针法,对照组采用常规针法,每组各66例。结果:两组简化的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分在治疗后较治疗前均有提高,但治疗组提高更显著。结论:说明巨刺导引复合针法在治疗中风后瘫痪方面可有效促进瘫痪肢体的恢复进程,改善患肢运动功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Compare the clinical effect between Great-Daoyin Compound Acupuncture and common acupuncture using in hemiparalysis after stroke.Methods:132 hemiparalysis after stroke patients were divided into 2 groups---treatment group(with Great-Daoyin Compound Acupuncture) and control group (with conventional acupuncture method) randomly.Results:The theraputic effect of treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:Great-Daoyin Compound Acupuncture has much more significant curative effect for hemiparalysis after stroke,such as the recovery proceeding and motive function.更多还原
