【摘要】 目的:评价电针治疗急性期带状疱疹疱疹情况的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将60例符合纳入标准的带状疱疹患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予阿是穴围针刺,夹脊穴、支沟穴、后溪穴电针治疗,每日1次;对照组予盐酸伐昔洛韦、维生素B1口服,两组均治疗10天。以两组的止疱、结痂、脱痂时间及疱疹的综合疗效评分为评价指标。结果:治疗组的止疱时间、结痂、脱痂时间均较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01):治疗组治疗前后的疱疹综合疗效评分差值大于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:表明电针治疗带状疱疹,在减轻皮肤症状、减少疱疹持续时间上,优于西药治疗带状疱疹。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture on the herps of acute herpes zoster.Methods 60 herpes zoster cases with inclusion criteria were randomized into two groups.30 cases in each group.Treatment group were treated by surrounding acupuncture on Ashi points and electroacupuncture on Jiaji,Zhigou and Houxi points once a day.Control group were given valaciclovir hydrochlordid and vitamin B 1 for oral use.Both groups were treated for 10 days using the herpes-stopping time,scab-forming time,scab-offtime and integrative efficacy ratings of the herpes as evaluating indicators. Results The herpes-stopping time,scab-forming time and scab-off time of treatment group were shorter, compared with control group.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).In treatment group,the difference of integrative efficacy ratings of the herpes before and after treatment was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Herpes Zoster treated by electroacupuncture is superior to western medicine in the aspect of relieving dermal symptoms and reducing herpes-lasting time.更多还原
