生长抑素在经络功能中的作用

【摘要】 目的我们以往的研究表明,模拟电针可以引起循经电信息的传递,P物质和谷氨酸等兴奋性递质参与此过程。但是关于抑制性递质生长抑素,以及兴奋性递质和抑制性递质之间的平衡在经络活动中的作用还不清楚。方法建立大鼠足太阳膀胱经背部俞穴循经信息传递模型,用逆行电刺激穴位支配神经模拟电针,以穴位支配神经的电活动作为穴位和经络活动的直接指标,观察局部生长抑素在穴位和循经电信息传递过程中的作用。结果模拟电针可引起循经电信息传递,内源性生长抑素通过其外周受体对穴位支配神经电活动和电针引起的循经电信息传递发挥抑制作用,同时,穴位局部生长抑素与谷氨酸之间存在相互作用。结论电针可引起循经电信息传递,兴奋性递质和抑制性递质之间的动态平衡对于维持经络活动起着重要作用,去除生长抑素的紧张性抑制可以加强经络信息的循经传递。

【Abstract】 Objective Our previous studies showed that mimicking electro-acupuncture could induce the transmission of electrical information along meridians,and excitatory neurotransmitters such as substance P and glutamate were involved in the process.However,the role of somatostatin and the interaction between somatostatin and glutamate in the activity of meridians were unclear.Methods The model of information transmission along meridians was performed on back acupoints in rats Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.The antidromic electrical stimulation was applied on the nerve innervating the acupoint to mimicking electro-acupuncture of acupoint,and the discharge rates of the nerve innervating the acupoint were recorded as the direct index for activity of acupoint and meridian.The local effect of somatostatin in the activity of acupoint and the information transmission along meridians were observed.Results The results showed that there existed the information transmission along meridian.Somatostatin and its receptors could play dose-dependent tonic inhibition on the discharge rates of original and adjacent nerves innervating the acupoints.In addition,there existed interaction between somatostatin and glutamate.Conclusion The electro-acupuncture can induce the electrical information transmission along meridians.The balance between excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters plays important role in the function of acupoints and meridians.Disinhibition of somatostatin can enhance the information transmission along meridians.
