中风患者耳廓特异性变化的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:通过观察60例中风患者耳廓相应特定区域(枕、颞、额、皮质下、脑干)的病理表现,来探讨中风疾病在耳廓特定区域的变化规律,为丰富该疾病的耳廓望诊、用以临床治疗及对该病的预防提供科学依据。方法:观察组60例,观察患者双侧耳廓相应特定区域的表现(变色、脱屑、折皱、凹陷等);对照组60人,其中30人为本院非中风病患者,30例为健康成年人,同样对其耳廓进行观。结果:观察组阳性例数为53例,对照组中非中风患者中阳性例数为5例,健康成年人中阳性例数为0例,观察组阳性例数明显高于对照组(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论:中风患者耳廓病理反应在枕颞额、皮质下、脑干等脑血管相应区域,改变主要为变色、脱屑和皱折更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathological variation law on the special auricular points of apoplectic patients through observing auricular points of 60 cases which corresponds to the disease(occiput,temple,forhead,subcortex,brain stem and so on).In order to provide the scientific evidence of the dignosis by auricular points of the disease,to use these points to treatment the disease and to prevent.Methode:the observed group:80 patients,To observe the pathological display of the auricular points of both sides;the control group:60 cases,30 cases are the patients of other disease,other 30 cases are the heathy adult(all of them are the students of Anhui College of TCM).Do it as the observe group.Result:There are 70 patients of the observe group have pathological display,only 5 cases have of the control group.The positive cases of the observed group is obviously higher than the cases of the control group(p<0.01 or p<0.05).Conclusion:There have special display on the point which are corresponding to the disease:occiput,temple,forhead,subcortex,brain stem.The positive display on these points are the change of color,fleck,crease.更多还原
