【摘要】 目的:观察腹针灸治疗对颈性眩晕患者的血浆ET-1、CGRP水平变化的影响。方法:将24例确诊为颈性眩晕的病人进行腹针治疗,治疗前后进行积分评估、血浆ET-1、CGRP水平变化的对比、不同的症状改善情况统计。结果:发现治疗前后积分评估显著升高,血浆ET-1水平显著下降;血浆CGRP水平显著升高;CGRP/ET-1的比值在治疗前后有显著提高,均具统计学意义。结论:腹针可能通过对ET-1与CGRP的水平的调整,是治疗颈性眩晕的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the abdominal acupuncture for patients with cervical vertigo on plasma ET-1,CGRP levels.Methods 24 cases were diagnosed with cervical vertigo patients for abdominal acupuncture treatment,the treatment of pre-and post-assessment score,plasma ET-1,CGRP levels in contrast,the improvement situation of different symptoms were observed.Results The assessment points before and after treatment significantly increased,plasma ET-1 levels dropped significantly;plasma levels of CGRP increased significantly;CGRP/ET-1 ratio before and after treatment are significantly improved,all with statistical significance.Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is one of the ways of the treatment of cervical vertigo.Maybe through CGRP and ET-1 level adjustment.更多还原
