【摘要】 目的:观察电针对围绝经期综合征患者血清E2、FSH、LH的影响并分析其可能的效应途径。方法:80例患者随机分为关元组(取穴:关元、三阴交)、内关组(取穴:内关、足三里),检测治疗前后血清E2、FSH、LH含量,分析电针效应。结果:电针治疗4周后两组血清性激素含量中E2水平均升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);FSH、LH水平下降,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组间效应差异不明显(P>0.05)。关元组提高E2水平的效应集中体现在未绝经患者上。结论:电针两组不同穴位组合均能有效升高围绝经期患者E2水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ojective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture（EA） on serum E₂、FSH、LH of perimenopausal（PMS） patients.Methods 80 patients were randomly assigned to two groups with different concise acupoints by EA,one group was Guanyuan（CV4） and Sanyinjiao（SP6）,the other was Neiguan（PC6） and Zusanli（ST36）.Serum E₂、FSH and LH were observed before and after 4 weeks’ EA.Results E₂ of both groups increased after 4 weeks（P<0.05）;FSH and LH reduced without statistic difference（P>0.05）.Also there was no difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.The rise of E₂ in Group Guanyuan just occurred among those who still got period yet.Conclusion Serum E₂ of PMS women could be significantly increased by EA with two groups of acupoints.更多还原
