【摘要】 目的:探讨电针百会、足三里治疗抑郁症的免疫机制。方法:采用数字表随机法将84例抑郁症患者分为电针观察组、电针对照组、药物对照组。电针观察组:取穴百会、足三里;电针对照组:取穴太冲、三阴交、内关、神门;药物对照组:给予百优解口服,20mg/次,日一次。三组均治疗6周。在治疗前后分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)检测血清中白细胞介素1(IL-1β),白细胞介素6(IL-6),肿瘤细胞坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后病人的HAMD评分显著降低(P<0.01);临床疗效等级分布具有明显差异,提示电针百会、足三里穴有较好的疗效;病人血清中IL-1β、IL-6水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);病人血清中TNF-α有所降低,但没有统计学意义。结论:电针观察组与电针对照组比药物对照组起效快;电针观察组疗效优于电针对照组和药物对照组;三种治疗方法都能够清除炎性细胞因子IL-1β及IL-6,从而改善抑郁症症状。但是三种治疗方法疗效比较没有差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the immunological mechanism of electroacupuncture at Baihui(GV20) Zusanli(ST36) of patients with depression.Methods Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into a group treated with Fluoxetine(20 mg/day,six weeks),a group electroacupunctured at Taichong(LR3),Sanyinjiao(SP6) Neiguan(PC6) Shenmen(H7) as a control and a group electroacupunctured at Baihui(GV20) Zusanli(ST36).The therapeutic effect was quantified by the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) pre-and post-treatment. Serum cytokine levels(IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α) were measured by ELISA assay at the time of admission and post-treatment(Six weeks).Results Compared to the conditions at pretreatment,the mean levels of HAMD (P<0.01),IL-1β(P<0.01) and IL-6(P<0.01) were decreased significantly after the treatment.Rank distribution of HAMD scores has obvious difference between the above three groups,suggesting that electroacupuncture at Taichong(LR3) and Sanyinjiao(SP6) has therapeutic effect.There is no significant difference in the level of TNF-αbefore and after treatment.Conclusion the treatment effect of electroacupuncture was faster than that of fluoxetine;Electroacupuncture at Baihui(GV20) Zusanli(ST36) was more effective than the other two methods.The three types of treatments can eliminate inflammatory cytokines (IL-1βand IL-6) and improve depressive syndrome.更多还原
