针刀松解法对兔膝骨关节炎模型行为学和形态学影响的实验研究

【摘要】 通过观察针刀松解法对兔膝骨关节炎模型行为学和形态学的影响,探讨骨性关节炎的发病机理及针刀松解法的可行性。以膝关节伸直位固定法造成膝骨关节炎模型,用电针和针刀进行治疗,治疗3周后观察Lequesne MG的膝关节评估级别,取胫骨组织HE染色后进行光镜观察,切取股骨内髁软骨进行透射电镜观察。结果示针刀组兔膝关节软骨细胞破坏程度和胶原纤维紊乱程度明显减轻,与电针组相当,认为针刀松解法对膝骨关节炎有较好的治疗效果,从宏观到微观证实了针刀松解法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the observation of the effects of the acupotome therapy on rabbit knee osteoarthritis model about joint’s functional recovery and peripheral morphological changes to investigate its therapeutic effects and mechanism on knee osteoarthritis and support for the clinical practice.Rabbits’ left hind limb were immobilized with plaster cast in extension position for six weeks respectively.Then they were treated by acupotome therapy and electric needle therapy.Three weeks later,joint function was tested by Lequesne MG’s methods.Tibia and thighbone of the rabbits were cut to do light microscope observation and electron microscopic observation.The results shows that the destroy of the cartilage cell and college fibre in acupotome group is obviously lighten,as well as the electric needle group.So it will be considered that the acupotome therapy has good effect on treat knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
