【摘要】 企业文档集上的专家检索通过返回具有特定知识或技能的企业内雇员更好地满足用户的信息检索需求。本文对企业环境中的专家检索进行了综述,分类论述了专家检索研究中的主要模型和关键技术,使用公开的标准数据集和评测手段,实验对比分析了现有的主要模型。总结了专家检索中尚未解决好的问题和可能的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one kind of vertical search,expertise retrieval has attracted much attention from industrial and academic communities.Many models or systems have been proposed to address this problem.This paper gives a comprehensive survey of the expert search,which introduces main existing models,compares and analyzes these models by experiments on a practical dataset.Meanwhile,this paper also summarizes the possible extensions and the future development trend of expert search.更多还原
