微粒助留助滤系统用于麦草浆生产胶版印刷纸

【摘要】 为降低成本、提高麦草浆使用率、改善纸机运行状况、提高白水回收率,将原有的P47单元助留助滤体系改为P47+CP.3双元微粒助留助滤体系,取得了较好使用效果。纸机白水浓度下降、成纸灰分提高,两面差减小。生产中P47和CP.3的适宜添加量分别为0.03%和0.04%。
【Abstract】 P47 single retention and drainage aid was replaced by P47+CP.3 dual micro-particle system to reduce production cost,to raise the use ratio of wheat straw pulp and to improve runnability of paper machine.Effects are excellent with white water concentration decreasing,paper ash content being increased and two-sidedness being decreased.Optimal dosage of P47 and CP.3 are 0.03%and 0.04%, respectively.
