壳聚糖丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的制备及其增强效果
Study on characterization and application of Graft Acrylamide onto Chitosan

【摘要】 探讨了引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和单体比例等因素对壳聚糖丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物接枝率和接枝效率的影响;同时探讨了壳聚糖丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物作为干强剂的应用条件及效果。结果表明:最佳合成条件为:[ce4+]=1.5mmol/L,温度为45℃,反应时间为2.5h,壳聚糖与丙烯酰胺质量比为1:4;作为干强剂的最佳应用pH值为7,对于漂白杨木浆,最佳添加量为0.6%, pH值为7.0,该条件下裂断长提高了33.1%,耐折度提高了96.7%,撕裂指数提高了36.1%。
【Abstract】 The thesis of chitosan and acrylamide graft copolymer synthesis conditions and the application of a preliminary study.Explore the initiator,the reaction temperature,reaction time and monomer ratio on the graft yield and efficiency of graft;Chitosan acrylamide graft copolymer of the conditions and effects,[ce4+]=1.5mmol/L,temperature of 45℃,reaction time of 2.5h,Chitosan and acrylamide weight ratio of 1:4.Bleached aspen pulp,chitosan acrylamide graft copolymer the reduction of 0. 6%.pH 7.0,under the conditions of the breaking length increased by 33.1%,folding strength increased 96.7%,Tearing index increased by 36.1%.
