复合型AKD中性施胶剂的制备及其在不同助留体系中的应用

【摘要】 用自制阳离子聚合物与阳离子木薯淀粉复合乳化剂乳化AKD蜡粉,研究了不同的复配比例对乳液性能的影响,结果表明,自制阳离子聚合物与阳离子淀粉的比例为3:1时,乳液的分散性和稳定性较好。对自制复合型AKD在不同助留体系中的应用做了探讨,实验结果表明,使用CS/ CPAM双元助留体系,AKD的施胶效果最好;各助剂的最佳添加顺序为:CS→AKD→CPAM→GCC; CS、CPAM最佳用量分别为0.9%、0.02%。分别对自制复合型AKD施胶剂和淀粉型AKD施胶剂的性能进行了分析和对比,结果表明,前者的Zeta电位为34.04mV,后者为26.04mV,且前者的施胶效果要好于后者。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the application of self-made cationic polymers and cationtic tapioca as emulsifier to emulsify AKD wax was studied,and the effect of different ratio of two components in compound emulsifier to the properties of AKD emulsion was discussed.The results showed that the emulsion had better stability and dispersibility when the ratio of homemade emulsifier and cationtic tapioca was 3:1.in this experiments,the effect of different retention systems to AKD sizing was discussed,it was found that CS/CPAM dual retention system was better for AKD sizing;the better adding order of the wet-end additive was CS→AKD→CPAM→GCC;the best dosage of CS and CPAM were 0.9%and 0.02%respectively in CS/CPAM dual retention system.The Zeta potential of self-made compound AKD emulsion was 34.04mV,higher than that of cationic starch AKD emulsion(26.04mV),and the sizing effect of the former was better than that of the latter.
