旧报纸浮选脱墨剂的研究

【摘要】 采用脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯与脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚为主要成分确定了脱墨剂的组成,研究了促集剂和阴离子表面活性剂对脱墨效果的影响。实验结果表明,本研究确定的三种脱墨剂的脱墨效果优于进口脱墨剂。
【Abstract】 The deinking performances and the proportion of polyoxyethylene carboxylate(PEC) and polyoxyethylene alkyl amine(PAE) together used in deinking process were discussed.The effects of collector and anionic surfactants on deinking performance were also investigated.The deinking performance was found to be enhanced by mixture of PEC and PAE..The results showed that three deinking agents selected in this paper exhibited better deinking performances than the imported.
