【摘要】 随着喷墨印刷的发展,要求喷墨打印纸必须具备快速吸墨性,毛细管现象最小化,以及较高的印刷密度等特性。胶体二氧化硅能提供内部孔隙和填充孔隙,使液体油墨快速分散进入涂布层,常用作优质的无光泽喷墨打印涂布纸的涂布颜料。本文主要进行胶体二氧化硅和研磨碳酸钙(GCC)用作喷墨打印纸涂布颜料的比较,具体探讨了颜料粒子尺寸对涂层结构的影响,以及不同涂层组成和结构对色域、色密度和墨点保真度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of ink-jet printing,ink-jet printing papers have to respond to these changes through quick ink absorption,minimizing wicking,while retaining favorable ink optical density. Gelled silica provides an internal porosity and packing porosity that enables the rapid diffusion of liquid inks into the coating layer.For matte coated ink-jet papers,gelled silica is used.This study is focused on comparison of coatings using gelled silica and ground calcium carbonate in ink jet media.This research examines the contribution of pigment particle size on coating structure,and coating influences on ink jet print quality, such as color garmut,print density and dot fidelity.更多还原
