纳米TiO2-SiO2的制备及在造纸废水处理中的应用

【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯、正硅酸乙酯作为前驱体水解,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2-SiO2,经过一定温度热处理后,得到白色粉末。进行FT-IR和SEM分析,结果表明锐钛矿结构的TiO2粒子均匀地分散于无定形SiO2基质中,TiO2与SiO2基质之间存在着Ti-O-Si键。纳米TiO2-SiO2具有良好的催化性能,在处理造纸废水中展现出好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Nanosized TiO2-SiO2 particles were prepared by Sol-Gel from tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) and tetrabutylorthotitanate (TBOT) as precursors and white powders were got after thermal treatment.The morphology and structure of nasosized TiO2-SiO2 particles were confirmed by means of FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that anatase TiO2 particles are uniformly dispersed in amorphous SiO2 and the band for Ti-O-Si vibration is observed between TiO2 and SiO2 matrix.Nanosized TiO2-SiO2 particles show great prospects to papermaking wastewater for their high photocatalytic activity.
