不同温度环境虚寒证、虚热证线粒体复合体Ⅱ活性的研究

【摘要】 目的通过对不同环境温度条件下虚寒证、虚热证线粒体复合体Ⅱ活性的研究,探讨虚寒证、虚热证线粒体复合体Ⅱ活性的变化规律。方法通过量表和专家诊断筛选出虚寒证组、虚热证组及正常对照组各20人,采集不同环境温度下血液,分光光度法测定线粒体复合体Ⅱ活性值。结果①与正常对照组相比,虚寒证组复合体Ⅱ活性值均降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),虚热证组复合体;Ⅱ活性值均升高,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);虚寒证组与虚热证组复合体Ⅱ活性值差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);②与室温相比,低温下三组复合体Ⅱ活性值均增大,且正常对照组两种温度下复合体Ⅱ活性值差别有统计学意义(t=2.769 P=0.02),虚寒证组、虚热证组则均无统计学意(P>0.05)。结论同一证型不同环境温度下线粒体复合体Ⅱ的活性不同,表现为冷温>室温;相同温度下不同证型的线粒体复合体Ⅱ的活性不同,表现为虚热证组>正常对照组>虚寒证组;外界环境温度变化时,不同证型组粒体复合体Ⅱ的活性变化速率也不同,表现为正常对照组>虚热证组>虚寒证组。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the variety law of respiratory chain complexⅡof mitochondrion in the people of deficiency-cold syndrome and deficiency-heat syndrome at various ambient temperatures. Methods:Subjects were selected by questionnaire and expert diagnosis,and divided into normal control group,deficiency-cold syndrome group and deficiency-heat syndrome,group with 20 people in each group,their venous blood samples were collected at two different temperature conditions,complexⅡof mitochondrion were measured by spectrophotometry.Results:①Compared with the normal control group at the two different ambient temperatures,the value of deficiency-cold syndrome all reduced,with significant difference(P<0.05) while the value of deficiency-heat syndrome all rose,with no significant difference(P>0.05);and there were also no significant difference between them(P>0.05).②Compared with room temperature,the value of complex II of this three groups all rose at cold temperature,and the value of complexⅡall had significant difference(t=2.769 P=0.02) in normal control group while other groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The activity of complexⅡof mitochondrial was different at various ambient temperatures in same syndrome group,which all showed that cold temperature<room temperature;The activity of complexⅡof mitochondrial was also different at same ambient temperatures in various syndrome group,which all showed that deficiency-cold syndrome group< normal control group< deficiency-heat syndrome group;The speed of regulation of complexⅡwas also different in various syndrome group,which showed that normal control group < deficiency-cold syndrome group < deficiency-heat syndrome group.
