脑络欣通对MCAO大鼠空间认知功能和rCBF的影响

【摘要】 目的研究脑络欣通对脑缺血大鼠再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 Wistar大鼠40只,采用线栓法制作大脑中动脉闭39塞模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、脑络欣通组和通心络组,运用激光多普勒仪和Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠在不同时间点局部脑血流量(regional cerebral blood flow,rCBF)和认知功能,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果与模型组比较,脑络欣通组和通心络组神经功能缺损明显减轻,rCBF明显恢复,脑络欣通组各时间点逃避潜伏期显著缩短而通过原平台所在位置的次数显著增加(P<0.01);两用药组比较,逃避潜伏期和通过原平台所在位置的次数有明显差异(P<0.01),而对rCBF的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论脑络欣通可能通过增加模型大鼠rCBF而改善学习记忆能力和恢复神经功能,从而对脑缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the protective action of Naoluoxintong on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury rats.Methods Forty Wistar rats were divided into normal group.model group,naoluoxintong group and tongxinluo group,the model of focal ischemia following MCAO in rats was established according to suture method.Detect rCBF and cognitive function at different point-in-time by Laser Doppler Flowmeter and Morris water maze test,and record nerve function defect grades.Resuits Compared with model group,Neurological impairment of naoluoxintong group and tongxinluo group significantly fall,the rCBF significantly regain,escape latency of naoluoxintong group significantly cut short at each time point,but times of passing home position significantly increase(P<0.01); Naoluoxintong group compares with tongxinluo group,escape latency and times of passing home position all have significant difference(P<0.01),but the difference of influence on rCBF is not obvious (P>0.05).Conclusion Naoluoxintong maybe improve learning and memory capacity,and regain nerve function by increasing rCBF,accordingly have effect of protecting cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
