【摘要】 随着现代医学模式向"生物-心理-社会"模式的转化,量表在临床疗效评价中的应用越来越广泛。然而,有些现存的量表比较冗长,影响了量表在临床研究中的运用。因而,量表简短版的研究成了学术界关注的问题。本文较系统的叙述基于传统及现代测验理论的条目筛选方法,包括专家评分法、相关系数法、离散趋势法、因子分析法、Cronbach’sα系数法、重测信度法、反应度分析法、t检验法、单因素分析法、聚类分析法、逐步回归法、逐步判别法、条目分布考察法、项目反应理论等14种,并就这些方法在量表简短版研究中的应用及其优缺点进行了阐述,主张筛选条目时综合运用多种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As modern medical model has been converted to "biological-psychological-social" paradigm,scales or questionnaires have thus been more and more widely applied as endpoints in clinical outcome assessment. However,some of the existing scales seem to be too tediously long and have affected the use of the scales in clinical research.Therefore,the scale short-form development study is getting more of the researchers paying attention to.The item selection methods based on traditional and modern test theory are systematic described in this paper,including expert rating method,correlation coefficient method,discrete trend method,factor analysis,cronbach’ sαcoefficient, test-retest reliability,responsiveness analysis,t-test,single factor analysis, cluster analysis,stepwise regression,stepwise discriminant method,item distribution method and item response theory.This paper also presents the application,advantages and disadvantages of these methods while they were used in the scale short-form development study.All these methods are suggested to be integrated applied.更多还原
