【摘要】 目的 :观察内镜及推按运经仪对梗阻性胆管炎患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法 :将60例病人随机分成对照组、推按运经仪组,对照组仅进行内镜治疗,推按运经仪组行内镜及推按运经仪治疗,测定2组患者治疗后血清超氧化物岐化酶活力(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量并作组间比较。结果 :血清超氧化物岐化酶活力:对照组(推按运经仪组;丙二醛:对照组)推按运经仪组。结论 :内镜配合推按运经仪治疗梗阻性胆管炎具有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of TuianYunjinyi with endoscopic therapy on SOD and MDA in patients with obstructive cholangitis.Methods:60 patients underwent EST were devided randomly into 2 groups:30 of them treated by endoscopic therapy(control group alone);and other 60 of them treated by Tuian Yunjinyi with endoscopic therapy(Tuian Yunjinyi combined therapy group).Results:the results showed that the level of MDA was obviously reduced in the combined therapy group compared with control group(P<0.01);significant increases of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and level were found in the combined therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Endoscopic therapy combined with Tuian Yunjinyi have better effect for treation obstructive cholangitis.更多还原
