【摘要】 目的:了解广州社区45岁以上人群退行性膝关节病发生率及相关因素。方法:采用流行病学中的典型调查和横断面调查研究方法,对广州市人民街18个居委3010名45岁以上成人进行了膝关节炎的流行病学调查,全部采取调查提问,现场调查由经培训医生执行,随机抽取膝关节病史阳性者及阴性者各300人照X光片,由专家统一质量控制和回收表格,统计分析,最后由疼痛科及骨科专家进行专业分析。结果:回答膝关节病史阳性者650人(占21.5%),男性发病率为13.2%,女性发病率为28.3%,女性发病率明显高于同年龄组男性(x~2=100.26,P<0.001)。300例膝关节病史阳性者X光照片改变289例(占96.33%),300例膝关节病史阴性者X光照片改变172例(占57.3%),膝关节病史阳性者X光片改变率较阴性者高(x~2=128.18,P<0.001)接受系统治疗者119人(占18.2%)。结论:广州社区退行性膝关节炎发病率低于国内外其他地区,女性发病率高于同年龄组男性,膝关节病史阳性者X光片改变率较阴性者高,超过80%患者无接受系统治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevalence and relevant factor of knee degenerative osteoarthrosis over 45 years adult in Guangzhou Community.Methods Useed typical survey and cross-sectional study,3010 adult people of 18 neighborhood committees were surveyed for osteoarthritis of the knees.They were all over 45 years old.Questionnaire was completed in all.Spot investigation was carried out by training doctor.300 with knee joint disease and 300 without knee joint disease were selected randomly for X-ray film of the knees.The experts were responsible for the quality control,questionnaire collections,and statistics. Finally the data were analyzed by orthopedists.Results 650(21.5%) responded to have knee joint disease.Male is 13.2%.Femal is 28.3%.Systematic treated patient is 119(18.2%). Conclusion The prevalence rate of knee degenerative osteoarthrosis in Guangzhou community is lower than those in other areas in China and in Western countries.Femal is higher than male in the same aged.Without systematic treated patient is over 80%.更多还原
