【摘要】 目的:探讨TST辅助切剥在临床中应用于治疗环状混合痔的有效性和安全性。方法:对于2010年3月至2011年11月在成都肛肠专科医院采用TST辅助切剥治疗环状混合痔的80例手术资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果:本组80例环状混合痔患者行TST辅助切剥术后均达到最大限度地缓解了术前症状,不仅在理论上保护了非痔区的粘膜,维护了肛门的精细功能,有效减少了术后并发症。结论:采用TST辅助切剥治疗环状混合痔疗效佳,且手术操作简单、安全,术后疼痛轻微,并发症少,恢复时间短,患者满意度高,值得在临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the effectiveness and security of TST assist with cutting and stripping in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Method:Retrospectively research and analysis the 80 surgery material cases which were treated the circumferential mixed hemorrhoid with assist with cutting and stripping in Chengdu rectum faculty Hospital from 2010.3 to 2011.11.Results:The 80 patients were treated with TST assist with cutting and stripping,all ease to the greatest extent postoperative.Not only protect the mucous membrane of hemorrhoids in theory,but also preserve the precision function of the anus, effectively reduce the postoperative complications.Conclusion:Treat the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with TST assist with cutting and stripping has good curative effect,the operation is simple and safe, postoperative pain is slightly,few complications,short recovery time,highly satisfied,deserve promotion in clinic.更多还原
