【摘要】 目的探讨65岁及以上老年人髋部骨折的围手术期风险因素并提出相关控制策略。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年1月手术治疗的65～100岁858例老年髋部骨折患者的资料,明确相关医疗风险因素。结果858例中,股骨颈骨折453例,粗隆间骨折405例。术前693例(80.77%)有并存症,其中心血管系统疾病最常见(527例)。术后317例(36.95%)发生并发症,其中肺部感染(103例)最为高发,本组患者平均住院时间23.7±12.08天。结论老年髋部骨折术后早期并发症发生率高,在新的医疗政策环境下,积极的围手术期治疗等风险控制策略是手术治疗成功的重要条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the medical risk of hip fracture in the perioperative period and put forward some risk control measures.Methods An retrospective data of the elderly aged 65 years and over who received surgical treatment between Jan 2007 and Jan 2010were reviewed.Results 453 cases were femoral neck fracture while 405 cases were intertrochanteric fracture.Six hundred and ninety-three cases (80.77%) had preoperative comorbidities in which the circulation system was most often involved.Three hundred and seventeen cases(36.95%) had postoperative complications,among which the Pulmonary infection was the most involved.The average in-hospital time was 23.7±12.08 days.Conclusions The risk of early post-operative complications of hip fractures in patients over 65 years of age is high.In the new policy of medical treatment,monitering the perioperative medical conditions and risk control measures should be emphasized.更多还原
