【摘要】 目的:探讨益心康泰胶囊治疗男性更年期勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法:依据伊斯坦布尔Bosphorus男性更年期自我评分表评分,选择200例男性更年期患者随机分为两组,每组100咧。治疗组给予益心康泰胶囊,对照组给予安慰剂,疗程2个月,每月进行一次症状评分。治疗前后测定血睾酮(TT);超氧化物岐化酶(SOD);丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:治疗组症状改善率为65%,TT:200.10±15.10mg/L;S0D1200.10±100.50)IU/g,MDA(4.30±0.50)umol/L;性功能症状有明显改善,上述各项指标比较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益心康泰胶囊治疗男性更年期勃起功能障碍是较为理想的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the therapeutic efficacy of yi xin kang tai capsules on climacteric with erectile dysfunctin in males.Methods by asking the question of the assessment index of male climacteric complaint,200 cases of male climacteric patients were devided into two groups randomly.trial group(100 cases)was trated with yi xin kang tai capsules for 2 months and control group(100 cases)was given received placebo.befor and after the treatment.the blood testosterone and SOD,MDA were measured.Results in the trial group,the rate of symptomatic improvement was 65%.the blood testosterone level were(200.10±15.10)mg/L;SOD 1200.10+100.50)IU/g.HB;MDA(4.30±0.50)umol/L;respectivelyt,and,the sexual function score was improved as well.there were significant differences in all parameters mentioned between two groups(p<0.05).conclusion yi xin kang tai is effective and safe for treatment of climacteric with erectile dysfunctin in males.更多还原
