【摘要】 目的:观察中药夏氏睡眠1号对抑郁性睡眠障碍(DSD)的疗效和安全性。方法 :将100例符合CCMD-3诊断标准和中医辨证为虚证型的抑郁症伴有明显失眠患者随机分为两组各50例,治疗组晨服盐酸氟西汀胶囊20mg/d,另水煎温服中药夏氏睡眠1号,1剂,每日2次;对照组只给予晨服盐酸氟西汀胶囊20mg/d,疗程均6周。采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果 :治疗组在治疗后各周AIS总分明显低于照组(P<0.05);失眠的不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :联合中药夏氏睡眠1号比单用盐酸氟西汀胶囊能更有效地缓解虚证型抑郁症患者的失眠症状,而且无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to observe the sleep of traditional Chinese medicine XiaShi 1 depressive sleep disorders(DSD) efficacy and safety.Methods:100 patients with accord with CCMD-3 diagnosis standard and TCM syndrome differentiation deficiency syndrome type for the depression with obvious insomnia patients were randomly divided into two groups the 50 cases,Morning hydrochloric acid treatment group take prozac capsule 20 mg/d,another take Chinese traditional medicine XiaShi temperature water frying sleep 1,1 agent,2 times a day;Control group only to take the morning hydrochloric acid prozac capsule 20 mg/d,period of treatment are six weeks.The Arsenal’s scale(AIS), insomnia,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) assess clinical curative effect,side effects scale(TESS) adverse reactions.Results:after treatment,the treatment group was obviously lower than the total score AIS each week as group(P<0.05);Insomnia were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:combined Chinese medicine XiaShi sleep than 1 with hydrochloric acid prozac capsule can more effectively alleviate depression deficiency syndrome type of insomnia,and no bad reaction.更多还原
