【摘要】 目的评价社区规范化管理下高血压病人的依从性,为完善社区高血压病人规范化管理流程提供参考依据。方法采用临床对照试验方法,通过随访观察,比较同一社区居民中在社区卫生服务机构就诊的高血压病人(社区组)与在医院就诊的病人(医院组)的依从性。结果社区组与医院组病人临床治疗依从性、健康教育依从性、生活方式改善依从性方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论德胜社区实施高血压规范化管理,对提高高血压病人依从性方面具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the compliance of hypertensive patients under systemic management in communities.Method A clinical control trial was conducted to evaluate the difference of the compliance between hypertensive patients under systemic management implemented by community health service center and those in the hospital for one year.Results The compliances of clinical treatment,health education and healthy habits in hypertensive patients who gets the systematic management in community health service center were better than those treated in the hospital(P<0. 05).Conclusion It is very important to improve the compliance of hypertensive patients by implementing systematic management in community health service organizations.更多还原
