【摘要】 目的探讨载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与高脂血症中医证候特点的相关性。方法采用全序列基因测序法检测212例高脂血症患者和100例健康体检者的ApoE基因型。结果共检出6种基因型,分别是E2/2、E3/3、E4/4、E2/3、E2/4、E3/4;E2/4+E3/4+E4/4型构成比中存在差异,气滞血瘀证显著高于脾肾阳虚证,E2/2+E2/3型中痰浊阻遏证显著低于脾肾阳虚证(p<0.05,p<0.01);气滞血瘀证和肝肾阴虚证ε4等位基因频率均明显高于脾肾阳虚证(p<0.05)。结论 ApoE基因型多态性与高脂血症中医证候特点具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relation of TCM syndrome characteristics with ApoE gene polymorphisms.Methods:Polymorphisms of ApoE gene was detected by DNA sequencing in 212 hyperlipemia patients and 100 healthy cases.Results:A total of six genotypes including E2/2,E3/3,E4/4,E2/3,E2/4 and E3/4 had been detected in two groups.The frequencies of E2/4+ E3/ 4+ E4/+4 genotypes in the patients of Qi stagnation caused blood stasis type were significantly higher than those in patients of Pi Shen Yang deficiency type and the frequencies of E2/2+E2/3 genotypes in patients of phlegm stagnation type were lower than patients of Pi Shen Yang deficiency type.The frequencies of E4 allele in patients of Qi stagnation caused blood stasis and Gan Shen Yin deficiency types were higher than that in patients of Pi Shen Yang deficiency type.Conclusion:Polymorphism of ApoE gene is related in a certain degree to TCM syndrome type of primary hyperlipemia.更多还原
