【摘要】 目的:研究针刺对慢性时差对金黄地鼠情绪节律的调节作用,为进一步探讨针刺干预机制研究奠定基础。方法:运用超前性光照周期转移方法,复制慢性时差金黄地鼠模型。造模结束后,恢复正常光照制,选用ZT4电针"百会"、"长强"穴区。采用高架十字迷宫和旷场实验于6个时间点ZT0(8:00)、ZT4(12:00)、ZT8(16:00)、ZT12(20:00)、ZT16(24:00)、ZT20(4:00),观察针刺对模型动物情绪节律的影响。结果:正常金黄地鼠焦虑和抑郁情绪均呈现双峰双谷的时间节律模式(似超日节律)。自然恢复组动物情绪时间节律特征仍然异常,形成单峰、或昼夜节律,中值降低、振幅加大等异常时间结构模式。电针治疗后对动物焦虑、抑郁情绪多项指标双峰双谷的时间节律特征以及中值、振幅等均有所恢复。结论:针刺治疗可在一定程度上恢复动物情绪的双峰双谷时间节律模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate the effect of Electro-acupuncture(EA) on characteristics of circadian rhythm disturbance of the mood in Syrian hamster Model of Chronic Jet Lag.Methods: Model of chronic jet lag was established by appling the methods of advances of light/dark cycle for 10 days.EA was applied to "Baihui"(Du20) and "Changqiang"(Du1) for 15min/d and lasted for 3 days.The behavioral tests were measured by the elevated plus-maze test(EPM) and open field test(OF) in ZTO(8:00)、ZT4(12:00)、ZT8(16:00)、ZT12(20:00)、ZT16(24:00),ZT20 (4:00).Results:(1) Double-peak and double-valley characteristics of circadian rhythm of the mood(similar ultradian rhythms) could be observed in control group.Abnormal characteristics of temporal dynamics of the mood was represented in the Natural recovery group(eg.Circadian rhythm with single peak).Double-peak and double-valley characteristics of temporal dynamics of the mood was appeared in EA group.Conclusion:Double-peak and double-valley temporal dynamic structure of the mood can be restored by EA.更多还原
