1800MHz微波辐射对雄性大鼠血浆褪黑激素和睾酮分泌昼夜节律的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究1800 MHz的微波辐射对雄性大鼠内分泌激素褪黑激素和睾酮的昼夜时间毒性。方法:健康清洁级SD大鼠35只分为7组,在light-dark 12h:12h光制条件下饲养,将自然时间转化为授时(zeitgeber time,ZT)时间后,在6个授时时间点(ZT0、ZT04、ZT8、ZT12、ZT16、ZT20)以208.11μw/cm2的强度进行照射,每天照射2h,连续32天,即为MR组(MR0、MR04、MR8、MR12、MR16、MR20)。对照组置于非辐射区。在照射的第30天开始对大鼠进行尾部静脉采血,24h内每隔4h采血0.1ml。采用放免法测定血浆褪黑激素和睾酮含量,利用单因素方差和余弦定律分析数据。结果:(1)与对照组各相应时点比较,褪黑激素(MLT)含量主要在MR8、MR16和MR20组有明显降低,睾酮(T)含量在MR六组都有明显变化,但有升有降。(2)MR使MR 8、MR16和MR 20组大鼠血浆中褪黑激素(MLT)和MR0、MR8、MR12和MR20组大鼠血浆中睾酮(T)分泌丧失了昼夜节律。(3)与对照组比较,在血浆MLT分泌失去昼夜节律的三组大鼠中,MR16组MLT的日均含量变化最大;在血浆T分泌失去昼夜节律的四组大鼠中,MR0组的日均含量变化最大。(4)在血浆MLT分泌仍具有昼夜节律的三组大鼠中,MR4组的日均含量变化最小;在血浆T分泌仍具有昼夜节律的两组大鼠,MR4组的日均含量变化最小。结论:1800 MHz微波辐射对雄性大鼠血浆褪黑激素(MLT)和睾酮(T)含量的昼夜节律具有时间毒性。

【Abstract】 1800 MHz Microwave Radiation(MR) is known to affect melatonin(MLT) and testosterone(T) of male Rat in some animal models,but it remains obscure whether it can affect circadian rhythm of the plasma MLT and T.The current study was conducted with thirty-five healthy clean SD rats in a 12:12-h light-dark photoperiod, which were divided into seven groups:control group and six MR groups(MR0、MR4、MR8、MR12、MR16、MR20) at corresponding zeitgeber time(ZT0、ZT4、ZT8、ZT12、ZT16、ZT20).The MR groups were exposed to electromagnetic field of 1800 MHz at 208.11μw/cm~2 intensity for 2h/day and continued for 32 days.The control group was set to non-radiation area.Venous blood(0.1 ml) was obtained every 4 h for 24 h from rat tail immediately following radiation at 31th and 32th day.By using a sensitive and specific melatonin RIA, plasma melatonin was detected.Results from analysis of Variance(one-way ANOVA) indicated statistically significant decline in plasma MLT in MR8,MR16,and MR20 group at corresponding time.And variation in plasma T was also observed in six MR groups.Results from Cosinor analysis showed that Circadian rhythms of plasma MLT and T in the control group were validated.Circadian rhythms of plasma MLT in MR8, MR16 and MR20,and T in MR0,MR8,MR12 and MR20 group were null hypotheses,but the rest of the MR groups were effective.Compared with the average value per 24h of plasma MLT in control group,there was the maximum variation in MR16 group in the three groups without circadian rhythms.For the plasma T,the maximum variation appeared in the MR0 group.Compared with the average value per 24h of plasma MLT in control group,there was the minimum variation in MR4 group with circadian rhythms in three groups(MR0, MR4 and MR12).For the plasma T,the minimum variation appeared in the MR4 group in two groups(MR4 and MR16) with circadian rhythms.The results suggested that the effect of 1800 MHz microwave radiation on plasma melatonin and testosterone of male rats was time-dependent in a circadian day.
