【摘要】 目的:通过分析针灸治疗口腔粘膜疾病的选穴特点和规律,探讨纳子法择期择时治疗口腔黏膜癌前病变的可行方案。方法:(1)通过检索针灸治疗口腔粘膜病变的相关文献,总结其选穴的特点和分布规律;(2)根据纳子法运用原则,拟分析择期择时治疗口腔黏膜癌前病变的方案。结果:(1)针灸治疗口腔粘膜疾病的选穴频次最高为足三里穴,其次为合谷、三阴交、颊车等穴。针灸治疗具有近治和远治作用、整体和局部相结合的特点,且以足阳明胃经、手阳明大肠经、足太阴脾经及足少阴肾经为主的分布规律。(2)制定出在治疗口腔黏膜病变中人体研究和动物实验择期择时方案。结论:运用纳子法择期择时治疗口腔黏膜癌前病变的方案可为临床运用和实验研究提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By analyzing the characteristics and discipline of selecting points,to explore a feasible plan on using Hour-prescription of points to treat precancerous lesions of oral mucosa at specifi hour and time.Methods(1) By retrieving the literature about acupuncture treatment of recurrent oral mucosal lesions to summarize the selecting characteristics and distribution law.(2) To analyze the plan treat precancerous lesions of oral mucosa at specifi hour and time by discipline of using Hour-prescription of points.Results(1) The result shows that:The highest frequently used points for treatment of ROU are ST36,then followed by LI4,SP6,ST6 and so on.Acupuncture treatment of ROU highlight the local and remote therapeutic effect and the combination of global and local treatment in treating ROU.They are mainly located on stomach meridian of foot- Yangming,large intestine meridian of hand and foot Yang Ming,Spleen Meridian of foot Taiyin and Kidney Meridian of foot shaoyin.(2) Developed a treatment of oral mucosal lesions at specifi hour and time in human studies and animal experiments.Conclusion It can experimental studies for clinical use and provide a reference by using Hour-prescription of points to treat precancerous lesions of oral mucosa at specifi hour and time.更多还原
