皮下激光介入法与小切口皮瓣法治疗腋臭的比较

【摘要】 目的:比较皮下激光介入法和小切口皮瓣法治疗腋臭在疗效、术后瘢痕及并发症等方面的差异,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:腋臭(含腋下多汗症)病人222例,随机分为二组,其中小切口皮瓣法手术(手术组)治疗93例,皮下激光介入法(激光组)治疗129例,术后对疗效、瘢痕的可接受程度等进行随访,随访时间为6～48个月,对随访结果按时间段进行统计分析。结果:激光组治愈率15.5%(20/129),有效率为68.2%(88/129),瘢痕接受度89%(115/129),并发症发生率1.2%(3/268)。手术组治愈率15%(14/93),有效率为76.3%(71/93),瘢痕接受度60.2%(56/93),并发症发生率9.7%(18/186)。两组患者治疗有效率比较无统计学差别(p>0.05);术后早期和远期疗效也无显著差异(p>0.05);瘢痕接受度激光组较好(p<0.01);并发症发生率激光组较低(p<0.01)。结论:皮下激光介入法的疗效和小切口皮瓣法相近,但术后瘢痕更轻微,并发症发生率更低,可以作为腋臭治疗的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to compare subcutaneous laser treatment(Laser) and subdermal excision of apocrine glands (surgery) treating axillary osmidrosis in therapeutic effect, scar and complications.Methods:two hundred and twenty-two patients with axillary osmidrosis were involved in the study,who were separated randomly into 2 groups.Ninty-three patients were treated with surgery,and other 129 were treated with Nd:YAG laser.They were followed up for 6 to 48 months on the therapeutic effect,scar satisfaction and complication rates.Results:the curative effect of the two methods were similarl(68.2%to 76.3%,p>0.05),and the short-term effect has no significant difference compared with the long-term effect(p>0.05).The patients of laser group were more satisfactory of axillary scar(89%to 60.2%) and had lower rate of complications(1.2%to 9.7%). Conclusion:compared to the surgery,the laser treatment developed higher satisfaction rate of scar and lower rate of complication,which suggested that the laser method could serve as the first choice for the osmidrosis.更多还原
