股前外侧皮瓣早期修复手严重热压伤创面

【摘要】 目的:探讨应用游离股外侧皮瓣修复手重度热压伤创面的临床效果。方法:对19例手及前臂重度热压伤患者,早期进行切痂,术中尽可能保留间生态肌腱、神经及骨组织,根据创面范围和需要作吻合的血管条件,设计并切取相应的游离股外侧皮瓣进行修复。结果:19例皮辫全部成活,有2例皮瓣下积血,4例皮瓣远端边缘有不同程度坏死发黑,经处理后创面均治愈。其中6例因皮瓣较臃肿进行Ⅱ期整形。19例患者均作随访,随访时间为6月-18月,外形满意,手部功能基本恢复。结论:游离的股前外侧皮瓣是早期修复手及前臂重度热压伤创面的比较理想的方法,有利于手部功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of the application of anterolateral thigh flap transfer for repair hand and forearm with severe burn and compression injuries.Methods:forepart,cuttin g scab in 19 patients with severe burn and compression injuries of hand and forearm,and reserve tendons tissue and nerve and bone tissue as possible in operation,Anterolateral thigh flap was design and cutted,according to the area of defect. Results:All flaps of 19 cases survived completely. Hematoma under flap in 2 cases;differ degree nigrescence at the edge of flap in 4 cases;Due to flap overstaffed,6 cases carry through flap plastic in second -stage. Conclusion:Anterolateral thigh flap is most ideal method for early repair of severe bum and compression injuries of hand and forearm,and propitious to recover the function of hand and forearm.更多还原
