个性化硅胶假体矫正陈旧性外伤性重度鞍鼻畸形

【摘要】 目的探讨个性化硅橡胶假体在外伤后重度鞍鼻与轻度的歪鼻畸形的应用,弥补单纯应用现有国内所有L型及柳叶型硅胶假体对于外伤后重度鞍鼻与轻度鞍歪鼻畸形矫正不足的难题。方法 2008年3月至2011年2月,外伤后重度鞍鼻畸形与轻度歪鼻畸形的患者16例,根据患者个体化差异,利用具有一定宽度及高度的硅胶块雕刻成单个适宜硅胶假体,利用"特殊性隆鼻术"方法,将假体置入鼻背。结果 16例患者均获得了理想的手术效果,患者均满意,无鼻部皮肤红肿、破溃,无感染,无假体偏斜及假体外露等近远期并发症发生。结论对于外伤后重度鞍鼻畸形,或伴有轻度歪鼻畸形的患者,操作简单,费用低廉,创伤小,无继发损伤,故可以应用单个硅胶假体,雕刻成形,得到了良好矫正,效果优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the silicone implant in management of severe post-traumatic saddle nose and mild crooked nose deformity.Methods From March 2008 to February 2011,a total of 16 patients,who presented with severe post-traumatic saddle nose and mild crooked nose deformity,according to differences in individual patients, carved into single -suitable silicone prosthesis,inserted dorsum.Results All the eight patients were satisfied with their results and the nasal collapse deformity were corrected very well,there were no redness and swollen,no ulceration no infection,no shift or extrusion or other complications.Conclusion For severe post-traumatic saddle nose deformity,or patients with mild crooked nose,silicone prosthesis can be applied to get a good correction,the effect is excellent.更多还原
