【摘要】 背景:鼻唇沟皮瓣广泛应用于鼻部缺损重建,然而,符合美学原则地转移该皮瓣至鼻部缺损仍需进一步探讨。大多数亚洲人鼻唇沟与鼻翼沟天然相连,构成一条天然的手术瘢痕隐蔽线,本研究旨在探讨利用鼻唇沟-鼻翼沟线转移鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻部缺损的手术方法。方法:9例鼻部缺损患者,接受鼻唇沟皮瓣修复术。沿鼻唇沟轴线设计皮瓣,切开形成蒂在上方的皮下蒂岛状瓣,切开鼻翼沟,转移皮瓣至鼻部缺损,拢合皮瓣供区重建鼻唇沟,缝合重建鼻翼沟。结果:9例患者术后皮瓣全部成活,切口一期愈合,术后鼻形态良好,双侧鼻唇沟对称,鼻唇沟-鼻翼沟瘢痕不显著。结论:鼻唇沟-鼻翼沟可用于局部皮瓣修复鼻部缺损,利于瘢痕隐蔽。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background The nasolabial flap had been widely used for nasal reconstruction.However,transposition of nasolabial flap to lower nasal defects remained a problem to be solved.In most Asians,the upper lateral allar crease conjuncts with the nasolabial fold,making a natural line to conceal surgical scar.This article aimed to introduce a method for nasolabial flap transposition through a nasolabial-allar crease incision.Methods Incision on nasolabial-alar crease was made to facilitate nasolabial flap transposition for lower nasal reconstruction in 9 patients. Superior based subcutaneous nasolabial flaps were designed,skin superior to nasolabial -allar crease were undermined to facilitate separation of subcutaneous pedicle and flap transposition.The nasolabial fold was reproduced by donor site closure.Results Lower nasal defects were successfully repaired with nasolabial flap in 9 patients, there was good nasal contour and appropriate symmetry of the reconstructed nasolabial fold,and no conspicuous scars except for the primary defects were noted.Conclusion In lower nasal reconstruction,the nasolabial-alar crease could be a useful incision line to facillitate nasolabial flap transposition and maximize scar camouflage.更多还原
