【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the significance of T - lymphocyte subsets balance in peripheral blood in the asthmatic childhood with lung - deficiency(LD),spleen - deficiency(SD) and kidney - deficiency(KD).Methods:All children were divided into the control group and experimental group.In the experimental group,asthmatic children were divided into three groups of LD,SD and KD according to the diagnosis standards of LD,SD’ KD.T cells of CD3,CD4,CD8 were measured by monoclonal antibody indirect immunofluorescence.,Compared the data and carry out statistical analysis with SPSS11.0.Results:CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 ratio in the experimental group were makedly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),CD8 + higher(P<0.01) and CD3 no significant difference(P>0.05).CD3,CD4 and CD8 in the KD group had no difference compared with the control group(P>0.05),but CD4/ CD8 ratio was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01 ).CD4 in the LD and SD group had no difference(P>0.05 ),but all markedly lower than those in the KD and control group(P<0.01).CD8 in the LD and SD group had no difference(P>0.05),but all higher than those in the KD and control group(P<0.01).CD4/ CD8 ratio in the LD and SD group were all lower than that in the KD group and the control group(P<0.01 ),CD4/ CD8 ratio in the LD group was markedly lower than that in the SD group(P<0.01).Conclusions;The most serious disorder in the T lymphocyte subsets was occurred in the LD asthmatic children,followed by SD,again KD.更多还原
