【摘要】 目的:研究玄芷镇痛片对偏头痛大鼠血液流变学、脑血流量的影响。方法大鼠皮下注射硝酸甘油造偏头痛模型,玄芷镇痛片进行干预,用多谱勒激光探头(407)测试大鼠脑血流量;用SA5600自动血流变仪测定各项血液流变学指标。结果:经玄芷镇痛片治疗后,中、低剂量组脑血流量PU值较模型组升高(p<0.01;p<0.05),其治疗效果均优于正天丸对照组(p<0.05);玄芷镇痛片高、中剂量组全血粘度高切值较模型组明显下降,P<0.05,且玄芷镇痛各组对全血粘度低切值明显下降,P<0.01,而正天丸组则无明显变化;玄芷镇痛片高、中、低剂量组红细胞聚集指数较模型组均明显下降,P<0.05,而正天丸组则下降不明显。结论:玄芷镇痛片能有效改善偏头痛大鼠的脑血流量,降低大鼠血液粘度和红细胞聚集指数,其治疗效果均优于正天丸对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet on haemorheology and cerebral blood flow(CBF)in Rats Migraine Model by Glyceryl Trinitrate.METHODS Rat migraine model was established with glyceryl trinitrate(GTN)infusion,which therapeutic by XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet.The the value of cerebral blood flow in the rats by using Laser Doppler probe(407)and haemorheological Indices in the rats by using SA-5600 Auto Hemorheology Analyser were determinated.RESULTS The medium and low dosage groups of XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet increased PU values of CBF,which compared with the model(p<0.01;p<0.05),the treatment is obviously super to the ZHENGTIAN Pills(p<0.05);The blood viscosity in high shear rate in the high and medium dosage groups of XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet was significantly lower than that of the model(p<0.05),and the blood viscosity in low shear rate in each group decreased even more significantly(P<0.01),but there was no apparent change in the ZHENGTIAN pill;The red cell aggregation levels of XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet in highs middle and low dosage groups were all obviously lower than those of model group(p<0.05),but that of the levels of the ZHENGTIAN Pills did not decrease evidently.CONCLUSION XUANZHI Analgesic Tablet can obviously improve cerbral blood flow and depress the blood viscosity and RBC aggregation index,which compared with the ZHENGTIAN pill,the effects was obviously super to the ZHENGTIAN Pills.更多还原
