【摘要】 [目的]探讨旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的微创治疗方法及疗效。[方法]对22例旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的患者进行了手术治疗,男11例,女11例;年龄18岁～83岁,平均36.8岁;左踝7例,右踝15例;所以病例均为闭合性骨折。[结果]18例患者术后获得平均6个月(4～10个月)的随访。伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染。骨折愈合时间为8～16周,平均12周。患者术后平均12周(10～16周)时可完全负重行走,无明显疼痛不适。术后采用AOFAS踝关节一后足评分标准,评分为平均86.7分(75～100分)。[结论]闭合复位经皮克氏针及空心钉固定治疗旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折,拥有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the Micro damage surgical methods and efficacy in treating gradeⅣprona—tion-extemal rotation ankle fractures.[Methods]22 patients of gradeⅣsupination—external rotation ankle ractures were treated.There were 11 males and 11 females with an average age of 36.8years(ranged from 18to 83 years).They included 7cases with the left ankle frac—ures and 15 cases with the right ankle fractures.all of them were internal fi’actures.[Results]18 cases were followed up for 6 months in average(ranged from 4 to 12 months).All of the cases have healed well.and the mean time of bone union was 12 weeks(ranged from 8 to 1 6 weeks).No infection was found in all cases.The mean time of completely weight loading walking was 12 weeks(ranged from 10 to 16 weeks).According to the ankle—hindfoot scale of AOFAS,the mean score was 86.7(ranged from 75 to 100).[Conclusions]Obtains a good curative effecting in Cleveland needles and cannulated screws fixation with Closed reduction for gradeⅣsupination—external rotation ankle fractures.更多还原
