【摘要】 目的了解社区居民心理卫生知识知晓程度以及对心理健康、心理疾病的态度与行为倾向,为制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法对深圳市中医院下属的七个社区健康服务中心所在社区的居民进行街头随机问卷调查。结果社区居民对心理卫生知识知晓及格率为21.20%,部分知晓率为51.83%,较少知晓率27.52%。获得心理知识的主要渠道是报刊杂志、电视、网络等媒体(73.74%);遇到有心理问题时首先找信任的人倾诉的比例最大(52.76%),其次是找专业的医生(36.24%);74.77%的人对中医能治疗精神心理疾病持肯定态度。结论:需提高居民心理健康知识知晓率,引导居民对心理健康、心理疾病的正确态度和行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Estimate the current status knowledge,attitudes and practices of mental health among community residents,and provide a scientific basis for efficacious interventions.Method:Residents lived in seven communities which Community Health Center of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital located in were surveyed in street at randomly.Results:The passing awareness rate of mental health knowledge was 21.20%,the partly awareness rate is 51.38%,the less awareness rate is 27.52%.Media (73.74%) including magazine,TV,internet etc.is the main path of gaining mental health knowledge;a little more than half(52.76%) of residents seek help from their trust,followed(36.24%) by doctors;74.77%of residents consider that Traditional Chinese Medicine can treat mental illness.Conclusion:Mental health knowledge should be strengthened among community residents,and residents should be guided to have correct attitude and behavior for mental illness and mental health.更多还原
