【摘要】 目的探讨针刺三步疗法配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法 60例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为2组,每组30例;研究组采用针刺三步疗法配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗,对照组采用足量抗精神病药物治疗,疗程8周。采用阳性阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评价不良反应。结果两组8周时临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但第2、4周时PANSS总分研究组(74.26±9.54,56.33±10.12)优于对照组(85.56±9.73,70.57±9.62,P<0.05=;TESS量表结果表明在神经系统、植物神经系统的不良反应方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05=。结论针刺三步疗法配合小剂量抗精神病药治疗首发精神分裂症与单纯使用抗精神病药物相比疗效相当,起效快,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of the three-step therapy of Acupuncture combining little antipsychotic in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenic patients.Methods 60 schizophrenics patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in study group were received the three-step therapy of Acupuncture combining little antipsychotic,the control group’s were disposed by taking enough antipsychotic.The clinical efficacy was assessed by The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) were used to evaluate the side effects.The whole time of therapy was eight weeks.Results The result of statistical analysis showed that the clinical efficacy was no significant difference between two groups after the treatment (P>0.05),but the total scores of PANSS had a opposite results in end of the 2 and 4 week(P<0.05), furthermore,the differences in nervous system and autonomic nervous system were significant between two groups in TESS(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with the purely taking enough antipsychotic,the three-step therapy of Acupuncture combining little antipsychotic has the same clinical efficacy,rapid curing speed and less side effects.更多还原
