【摘要】 骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是在内分泌、激素、代谢、遗传、运动负荷、营养、免疫等多种因素综合作用下,成骨细胞活性下降,破骨细胞活性相对增加的一种代谢性、全身性复杂疾病。下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴是OP发病机制之一。中医学对OP的认识,是五脏功能失调,其根本在于肾虚,与肝脾相关。肾主骨生髓,髓藏骨中;脑为髓之海,故肾通脑。肾精不足,脑海骨髓空虚,则骨质脆弱;精血不足,肝不藏血,脾不统血,则气血亏虚,血不养筋。这些与现代医学对OP的认识一致,即不仅仅是骨代谢的改变,而是全身神经内分泌等多器官多系统在骨骼的反映。目前提出了"治疗复杂性疾病,用复方药物多靶点治疗,可能提供更好的治疗方法"的治疗新观点。中药复方正是由多种矿物植物动物等物质组成的复方药物,他们能通过多途径,多靶点发挥综合治疗作用。因此,研究中药复方通过多靶点、多途径对复杂性疾病OP骨代谢的影响与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴关系,是中医理论与OP机制及防治研究结合的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteoporosis is a metabolic and complex disease in general,which characterized by the lack of osteoblastic activity,and the relative increase of osteoclastic activity.The leading causes of osteoporosis are complex,multi-factor interaction,such as endocrine,hormone,metabolism,heredity, exercise load,nourishment,and immunization etc.Hypothalamo-hypophyseal-adrenal axis is one nosogenesis of osteoporosis.Traditional Chinese medical science considers it is five viscera functional disorder.The fundamental is renal deficiency,and correlate to liver and spleen.The kidney generating marrow and dominating bone,the marrow hide in the bone.The brain being the reservoir of the marrow, so the kidney may through the brain.Deficiency of kidney-essence,the brain and marrow deficiency accordingly,which lead to weak and fragile bones.Insufficiency of kidney-essence and blood,liver couldn’t store blood and spleen failing to control blood,so qi-blood deficiency,bematoasthenic myospasm.The traditional Chinese medical cognition above osteoporosis consonance with modern medicine,that is to say osteoporosis is not only the changes in bone metabolism,but also multi-organ, multi-system action in bone,such as neuroendocrine ect.At present,a new point of view proposed"a better way of treating complex diseases may be to aim for several targets by promiscuous drugs". Traditional Chinese formulae are consisting of several types of medicinal herbs or minerals;they could induce combined therapeutical effect via multi-pathway,multi-target.So,study on the relation of traditional Chinese formulae and hypothalamo-hypophyseal-adrenal axis of osteoporosis through multi-pathway,multi-target,which is a new research approach of traditional Chinese theory and osteoporosis prevention and treatment conjugated.更多还原
