不同产地、生长方式黄芩的药效比较研究

【摘要】 目的:比较不同产地、生长方式黄芩的解热和抗炎作用,为道地药材的药性特征研究和临床应用提供实验室依据。方法:酵母致热模型,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验。结论:1.对酵母所致的小鼠体温升高:给药5h后,5g/kg剂量下,各产地组对酵母所致的小鼠体温升高均无作用,10g/kg剂量下,除陵川3年生、莒县2年生、庆城2年生外其他各组均可抑制酵母所致的小鼠体温升高(P<0.05)。给药后7h后,在5g/kg剂量下,隆化3年生与野生组可抑制酵母所致的小鼠体温升高(P<0.05)。10g/kg剂量下,各组对酵母所致小鼠体温升高均有抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2.对二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀作用:在5g/kg剂量时,除陵川3年生与陇西2年生外,其他黄芩各组均可抑制耳廓肿胀并有统计学差异(P<0.05),隆化3年生黄芩组于其他各组(P<0.05),在10g/kg剂量下各给药组都表现出明显的抑制二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀的作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。并且隆化3年生组与陵川3年生、陇西2年生、隆化野生、庆阳2年生组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。此外,陵川2年生与陵川3年生组相比亦有差别(P<0.05)。实验表明,不同产地、不同生长方式的黄芩药效均有差异。

【Abstract】 Objective:To do some comparative study on anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects between different Radix Scutellariae and provide thinking and evidence for study on geoherbalism and clinical usage of Scutellaria.Methods:The anti-inflammatory action was assessed by auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and the antipyretic action was monitored by dried yeast-induced mice fever.Conclusion:1.Effects on yeast-induced mice fever:At 5h after administration of 5g/kg Radix Scutellariae,all groups didn’t show effects on yeast-induced mice fever.When the dosage increased to 10g/kg,all groups except 3-years-cultivated Lingchuan,2-years-cultivated Juxian and 2-years-cultivated Qingcheng have shown the effects of reducing fever induced by yeast.At 7h after administration of 5g/kg Radix Scutellariae,the effect of reducing yeast-induced fever has been observed in 3-years-cultivated Longhua group and wild Longhua group(P<0.05).When the dosage increased to 10g/kg,all groups have shown the effects of reducing fever induced by yeast(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Effects on dimethylbenzene-induced auricular swelling:After administration of 5g/kg Radix Scutellariae,all groups except 3-years-cultivated Lingchuan and 2-years-cultivated Longxi significantly inhibited the auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene(P<0.05),and 3-years-cultivated Longhua is more effective than other groups.While 10g/kg were administered,the effect of anti-inflammatory have been shown in all groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparatively,3-years-cultivated Longhua were significantly different from 3-years-cultivated Lingchuan,2-years-cultivated Longxi wild Longhua and 2-years-cultivated Qingyang(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was statistically significant difference between 2-years-cultivated Lingchuan and 3-years-cultivated Lingchuan.It can been shown that Radix Scutellariae of different sources and grow years have different pharmacodynamics effects.
