【摘要】 目的:探讨构建中西医结合围手术期康复量表的理论框架的思路及步骤,为该量表的研制和特性考评做好前期工作。方法:在中医理论的指导下,遵循心理测量学量表研制规范,通过文献调研、专家咨询等系列步骤初步拟定中西医结合围手术期康复量表的理论框架。结果:该量表包含生理功能、心理功能、活动能力、疼痛、总体评价五个领域(domain),每一领域各自包含有中医相关脏腑、气血的各个方面(facet)内容。结论:中西医结合围手术期康复量表的理论框架是中医理论与患者报告结局概念相结合的体现。该量表将可能更合理评价中西医结合围手术期患者的康复状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To developing the theoretical framework of perioperative recovery scale for the integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,and to prepare for the development of this scale and the psychometric testing. Methods:According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and the international guidance for developing scale,literature review and expert consensus method were adopted to establish the initial theoretical framework of the scale. Results:The scale should incorporate five domains including physical function,mental function,activity function,pain and general health perceptions.And each domain is constituted of some facets of the TCM organs and qi-blood theory. Conclusion:The theoretical framework of the scale is an embodiment for the combinational theory with Chinese and western medicine.The instrument may be used as a perioperative recovery outcome measure for appropriate evaluation of the integrated medicine.更多还原
