【摘要】 目的研究围手术期静脉滴注黄芪注射液对腹腔镜气腹所至患者红细胞免疫功能损伤的保护作用。方法 90例胆囊结石患者分成3组,每组30例:A组,患者从术前第3天开始连续静脉滴注黄芪注射液;B组,患者在手术前、后均不进行任何相应的中药治疗;C组患者暂时不实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术。并分别在静脉用药前和腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后第1、4天采取患者外周静脉血测定红细胞C3b受体花结率（RRCR）、红细胞免疫复合物花结率（RRICR）、肿瘤红细胞花结率（RTRR）。结果术前A、B组和C组红细胞免疫功能指标RRCR、RRICR、RTRR比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）,而腹腔镜胆囊切除术后第1天,A、B两组分别和C组比较,差异具有显著性（P<0.05）;术后A、B两组RRCR、RRICR、RTRR均呈下降趋势,但术后第1天两组比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）,但术后第4天,A、B两组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜CO₂气腹手术对患者红细胞免疫功能有损害作用,围手术期静脉滴注黄芪注射液可以预防腹腔镜气腹对患者红细胞免疫功能的损伤作用,有利于改善患者红细胞免疫功能。对腹腔镜外科患者围手术期处理具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of astragalus on red cell immunity injury in patients induced by laparoscopic surgery.Methods 90 patients with chololithiasis were divided into three groups at random,namely group A,B and C.In the group A the patients received astragalus injection by vein from the 3^rd preoperative day to the 3^rd postoperative day.The dosage of astragalus was 20mg per day.In the group B the patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy without injecting astragalus at perioperation.In the group C the patients did not perform laparoscopic operation.RRCR,RRICR and RTRR of the patients were measured respectively on the day before operation and 1^st,4^th postoperative day.Results On the 1^st postoperative day,RRCR,RRICR and RTRR of the group A or B were obviously decreased in comparison with the group C（P<0.05）,although there was no significant difference between group A and B（P>0.05）.On the 4^th postoperative day,the difference on RRCR,RRICR and RTRR between group A and B was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation might harm on red cell immune function of patients.There was prevention from damage by injecting astragalus at perioperation,which would promote RBC immune function of patients.And this result has the clinical significance in treatment during the perioperative period of laparoscopic operation.更多还原
