重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤大鼠sICAM-1水平变化及其意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平变化与重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肺损伤的关系方法:SD大鼠采用逆行胰胆管注射30 g/L牛磺胆酸钠方法制作SAP模型取0,3,6,12,24 h不同时点血清进行sICAM-1检测,同时检测肺组织髓过氧化物酶活性.结果:制模3 h后,血清sICAM-1水平开始持续上升(34.90-38.99■mol/L),肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性在6 h后明显增强(P<0.05),血清sICAM-1水平与肺泡肺组织MPO活性呈正相关(r=0.897).结论:重症急性胰腺炎时血清sICAM-1水平的变化可能与肺部损伤程度密切相关.

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the relationship between the concentration change of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and associated lung injury in rat. METHODS:Rat SAP model was established by retrograde injection of 3%sodium taurocholate into bile-pancreatic duct.At different time points of 0,3,6,12,24 hours,we sacrificed rats and collect their sera and left lung.Sera sIC AM-1 and the myeloperocidase(MPO)activity of lung tissue were measured. RESULTS:The increases of sera sICAM-1 concentrations were evident at 3 hours after SAP induced,and the myeloperocidase(MPO) activity of lung tissue were significantly increased at 6 hour.Sera sICAM-1 concentration positively correlation with the myeloperocidase(MPO) activity(r=0.897). CONCLUTION:The concentration change of serum sICAM-1 is associated with the pathological injury magnitude of lung in rat severe acute pancreatitis.
