中西医结合治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效评价

【摘要】 目的:评价西医治疗与中西医结合治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征两组患者的带呼吸机时间和28天的病死率。方法:西医积极治疗原发病、呼吸支持、液体管理等,2008年5月后在此基础上加用加味潜阳丹。按照前后对照的方法比较2006年10月——2008年4月前19个月和2008年5月——2009年12月后20个月两组带呼吸机时间、28天病死率的变化情况。结果:两组在年龄、性别、APACHEⅡ评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组带呼吸机时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组28天病死率相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征降低了患者的28天病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the Western medicine therapy and the combination of TCM and Western Medicine treatment on the ARDS in two groups of patients with ventilator time and 28-day mortality.Methods: Western positive treatment of the original disease,respiratory support and fluid management,after May 2008 on this basis with the Modified Qian Yang Dan.In accordance with the method before and after contrast,Comparing October 2006 - April 2008 of the first 19 months and May 2008 - December 2009 after 20 months,the two groups with a breathing machine time,the changes in 28-day mortality situation.Results:The two groups in age,sex, APACHEⅡscore comparison,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with a breathing machine time,the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared to 28-day mortality difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TCM and Western Medicine treatment on the ARDS reduces the 28-day mortality of patients.更多还原
