【摘要】 目的评估应用脊柱内固定、重建脊柱稳定性对胸腰椎脊柱结核手术治疗的重要意义。方法先行后路椎弓根螺钉系统内固定,再行前路结核病灶清除、神经减压、植骨融合手术。结果22例患者中21例获得十分满意的疗效,1例仍后遗部分神经压迫症状,优良率达到95.4%。结论术前、术后的正规系统抗痨治疗,术中彻底清除病灶和有效可靠的脊柱稳定性示保证脊柱结核治疗的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance of reconstructing the spinal stability for the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis.Methods The procedure of surgical approach for 22 patients with the thoracolumbar tuberculosis was the posterior internal fixation by pedicle screw at first,then followed with the anterior wxcision of the lesion and decompression of nerves and fusion.Results 21 patients gained the satisfactory outcome attaining the rate of success to 9504%,except one patient,who remained partial symptom of nerves pressed.Conclusion It seems that the systemic drug treatment of antituberculosis before and after operation,the cleaning of diseased tissues thoroughly during the operation and the effective way for the spinal stability are the key points for treatment of spinal tuberculosis.更多还原
